A collection of dreams
“Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes. Because for those who love with heart and soul there is no such thing as separation.” - Rumi
Honouring Dreams
On 16 June 1983 six Baha’i men were executed in Shiraz for refusing to renounce their beliefs. Progressive beliefs such as gender equality, elimination of prejudice and justice. Just two days later, on 18 June 1983, ten Baha'i women were executed in that same location for those same beliefs.
Three of these individuals were husband and wife, Enayatullah (Enayat) and Ezzat Janami Eshraghi and their 23 year old daughter Roya Eshraghi.
Beyond a name they were a father, a mother, a sister. They had qualities and kind-hearted natures that were revered. They also had dreams.
