Letter from Roya

This letter relates to their first imprisonment in 1981.

Dear Nahid, Anoush and Arash, Allah’u’Abha!

I hope you are well and happy. I am sure you enjoyed Baba’s (father’s) letter.  I will never forget these few days.  I spent my 21st birthday in a place that taught me a lot of lessons, made me to know myself, and become aware of my characteristics a little bit. This was the best gift that God sent to me. Our only worry was for you that if you did not hear from us for some time, how you would feel. But God gave us strength and steadfastness. I wish joy and success for you. About the details of what happened, we will talk about it when we see each other.
